Job DescriptionPosition: MIS Executive cum Accounts Executive

Department: Operations / Accounts

Job SummaryThe MIS Executive cum Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing the computer rental system, maintaining accurate client-wise and stock data, handling day-to-day inward and outward entries, and supporting billing and monthly reporting activities. The role requires strong data management, coordination, and basic accounting skills to ensure smooth operational and financial processes.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMIS & Operations ManagementMaintain day-to-day inward and outward records of computers and accessories.
  • Manage client-wise data for rented equipment, including deployment and return status.
  • Maintain and update annexures / asset lists as per client agreements.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of serial numbers, configurations, and locations.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly MIS reports related to rentals, deployments, returns, and utilization.
  • Coordinate with operations and technical teams for data accuracy.
  • Stock & Asset ManagementMaintain monthly stock records of computers, laptops, and accessories.
  • Track available, rented, under-repair, and scrap inventory.
  • Perform periodic stock reconciliation and highlight discrepancies.
  • Support audits by providing accurate stock and asset data.
  • Billing & Accounts SupportGenerate monthly rental invoices as per client agreements and annexures.
  • Ensure billing accuracy based on deployed quantity and rental period.
  • Maintain billing records and follow up for corrections, if required.
  • Support basic accounting entries related to rentals, invoices, and receipts.
  • Assist in month-end closing and reporting activities.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in Commerce / Management / Computer Applications (preferred).
  • 2–3 years experience in MIS, Accounts, or IT asset/rental management.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
  • Experience with billing software / ERP / accounting software is an advantage.
  • Good data accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently.
