Senior Project Coordinator(School)

Job Summary:

The Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for the effective implementation of vocational education programs in allotted schools under the School Department. The role involves project monitoring, coordination with vocational coordinators, reporting, and ensuring smooth operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise implementation of vocational education programs in assigned schools.

Collect and review daily reports from Vocational Coordinators.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely achievement of targets.

Conduct meetings with school authorities and department officials.

Prepare and submit periodic project reports.

Ensure compliance with departmental guidelines and maintain proper documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).

2–5 years of experience in operational management, project coordination, or a relevant field.

Experience in the operational management or school (Vocational Education) sector will be preferred.

Skills Required:

Strong coordination and communication skills.

Good reporting and documentation abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Ability to manage multiple schools effectively.
