Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion:

  1. Handle incoming inquiries from potential students via calls, emails, and other platforms.
  2. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate courses or programs.
  3. Convert leads into enrollments by providing effective counseling and guidance.

Guidance:

  • Conduct telephonic or virtual counseling sessions to guide students about course offerings.
  • Address students' queries regarding course benefits, curriculum, and career outcomes.
  • Provide personalized course recommendations based on the student's interests and career goals.

Sales Management:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective students and follow up consistently.
  • Upsell and cross-sell educational products and services where applicable.

Database Management:

  • Maintain accurate and updated records of student interactions in the CRM system.
  • Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.



Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduation in any discipline (a background in education or sales is a plus).

Work Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or educational counseling preferred.

Key Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A persuasive and empathetic approach to counseling.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
