Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion:
- Handle incoming inquiries from potential students via calls, emails, and other platforms.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate courses or programs.
- Convert leads into enrollments by providing effective counseling and guidance.
Guidance:
- Conduct telephonic or virtual counseling sessions to guide students about course offerings.
- Address students' queries regarding course benefits, curriculum, and career outcomes.
- Provide personalized course recommendations based on the student's interests and career goals.
Sales Management:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective students and follow up consistently.
- Upsell and cross-sell educational products and services where applicable.
Database Management:
- Maintain accurate and updated records of student interactions in the CRM system.
- Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduation in any discipline (a background in education or sales is a plus).
Work Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or educational counseling preferred.
Key Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A persuasive and empathetic approach to counseling.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
