Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive (Female) who can effectively handle patient inquiries, convert leads into appointments, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong persuasion ability, and experience in healthcare or service-based sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming leads and inquiries from patients via phone, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
  • Explain treatment procedures, benefits, and packages to potential clients.
  • Convert leads into confirmed appointments and sales.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with interested patients.
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM or records.
  • Coordinate with doctors and clinic team for appointment scheduling.
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets and sales KPIs.
  • Build trust and rapport with patients through professional communication.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Minimum 2–5 years experience in sales, telecalling, or counseling.
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, clinic, or hospital sales will be preferred.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
