Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience in sales, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
• Willingness to travel as required.
