About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven senior sales manager to lead our sales team, build strong client relationships, and convert qualified leads into interior design projects. The ideal candidate understands premium customers, consultative selling, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team
• Handle high-value inquiries and key clients
• Understand client needs and present suitable design & execution solutions
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits when needed
• Prepare quotations with the design/project team and negotiate closures
• Track leads and follow-ups through CRM/Excel
• Build relationships with builders, brokers, architects, and referral networks
• Monitor sales targets, revenue pipeline, and conversion ratios
• Support clients from first inquiry to agreement signing
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports

Requirements

• 4–8 years of sales experience (interior/furniture/real estate preferred)
• Proven track record of target achievement and team handling
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Comfortable presenting design concepts and pricing
• Strong ownership, planning, and follow-up discipline
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Email, WhatsApp & CRM tools
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Sales/Marketing/Business)
