Senior Staff Nurse

Position: Nurse (B.Sc. Nursing / GNM)

Experience Required: Minimum 6 month of experience in an IVF hospital or relevant clinical setup.

Job Location:Babybloom IVF, Gurgaon

Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Patient Care:

• Provide compassionate and professional care to patients undergoing infertility treatments.
• Assist in patient preparation for procedures like IUI, IVF, and embryo transfer.
• Monitor patients post-procedure and during recovery.

2.     Clinical Support:

• Assist doctors and embryologists during procedures such as oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, and ultrasound scans.
• Handle medication administration, including injections and hormone therapies, with precision.
• Maintain and monitor patient vitals during and after procedures.

3.     Equipment Handling:

• Ensure proper sterilization and maintenance of medical equipment used in the IVF lab and procedure rooms.
• Maintain readiness of all clinical areas, including procedure and recovery rooms.

4.     Counseling and Communication:

• Educate patients about their treatment plans and procedures.
• Address patient queries and provide emotional support throughout their treatment journey.

5.     Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of patient care, including treatments, medications, and follow-ups.
• Update and manage patient files, ensuring compliance with hospital protocols.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. Nursing or GNM degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an IVF hospital or similar clinical setting.
• Valid nursing registration/certification.

Skills and Competencies:

Knowledge of IVF procedures and protocols.

• Skilled in patient care, medication administration, and venipuncture.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of care.
