Job Title: Senior Steward / CaptainLocation: Sector 67, Gurgaon (Gurugram)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Overview:We are hiring a Senior Steward / Captain to manage restaurant floor operations and ensure excellent guest service. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hospitality and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and steward team
• Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction
• Take and manage customer orders efficiently
• Oversee table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
• Assist in serving food and beverages
• Handle guest queries and resolve complaints professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service
• Maintain service standards and discipline among staff
• Requirements:Education: Diploma preferred
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in restaurant/hospitality
• Skills:
• Restaurant management
• Waitering & food service
• Guest handling & satisfaction
• Table setup and service
• Basic English communication required
