Senior Style Assoiciate

Job Summary:

As a Senior Style Associate, you will play a key role in achieving store sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service, implementing effective sales strategies, and supporting team collaboration. You will work closely with store leadership to ensure smooth daily operations and an excellent in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in driving sales and achieving store targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure high service standards at all times.
• Handle and resolve escalated customer concerns in a professional and satisfactory manner.
• Maintain and enhance visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, stock audits, and monitoring product movement to minimize discrepancies.
• Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately, and cross-sell or upsell products to improve customer experience.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comply with all store operational guidelines.
• Support the training and development of new and existing team members, ensuring strong product and service knowledge.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum HSC qualification or higher.
• At least 2 years of experience in fashion retail.
• Age between 18 and 35 years.
• Basic computer knowledge preferred.
