Senior Tele Caller

We are seeking a confident and professional Female Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, follow up with clients, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a friendly yet persuasive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Calling & Lead Generation

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company projects/properties.

Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.

Convert leads into site visits for sales managers.

2. Follow-Up & Coordination

Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients.

Schedule appointments and coordinate site visits.

Update CRM or lead sheet with call status, feedback, and follow-up dates.

3. Customer Engagement

Build rapport with clients through professional communication.

Understand client requirements and suggest relevant property options.

Share project details, pricing, and brochures when necessary.

4. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate call logs and daily/weekly reports.

Assist the sales team with basic paperwork and data entry when required.

5. Team Support

Coordinate with sales managers for hot leads.

Work closely with marketing team for campaign-driven call lists.
