Senior Telesales Associate

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Tele Sales Executive to manage and convert high-quality leads for our real estate projects across Goa, Bangalore, and Delhi/NCR. The role involves engaging with potential clients, scheduling meetings, and consistently following up to drive closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls on provided leads
• Understand client requirements and present suitable real estate investment options
• Schedule site visits, in-person meetings, or virtual meetings (Zoom/Google Meet)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
• Ensure regular and structured follow-ups until deal closure
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM/Excel
• Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures
• Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals
• Provide timely updates and reports to management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 2–5 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in real estate
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Proven track record of lead conversion and sales closures
• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and client handling
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Experience in selling real estate projects or high-value products is a plus
• Strong follow-up skills and a closure-oriented approach
