Senior Tender Manager

Address - Sector - 58, Gurugram, Haryana

Working Days - Mon to Sat (Alternate Sat's Off)

Working Timings - 9 hours 

Position - "Tender- Gem Portal"

Roles and Responsibilities :-•

Review of information & Identify potential clients from GEM Portal

• Prepare and present proposals and follow up to win new projects.

• Knowledge of Tender Contracts Documents.

• Clarification of bid conditions and management/monitoring the tender preparation

• Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements

• Preparing the Comprehensive Reports, Rate Analysis, Tender Feasibility, Risk Evaluation, Bid Preparation, Bid Submission.

• Contribution in cost and price calculations

• Tendering and Cost Estimation of the Project from Initial Submission Stage.

• Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers

• Attending Pre bid meetings and sharing the insight of the same with the Management.

• Study tender documents & prepare/arrange technical commercial documents.

• Coordinate continuously with concerned authority for tender requirements.

• Coordinate with various departments like finance, logistics for completion of quality tender.

• Ownership of Online tender & Offline Tender submission.

• Working closely for Vendor registration.

• Ensuring that all the activities are monitored and completed from the time Tender is submitted till closure.

• Analysis of the various Tenders that are pan India available and beneficial for the Organization.

• Presenting a daily report / analysis / presentation with insight of the Tender overview new/existing.

• Managing the concerned authorities and working closely towards implementing / executing work.
