We are looking for an experienced **SEO Manager** to enhance our digital visibility, drive qualified traffic, and boost our online presence across search platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.

Conduct detailed keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page optimization for project-specific landing pages.

Optimize content for search intent, including metadata, headings, schema, and internal linking.

Manage off-page SEO activities — backlink building, guest posting, directory submissions, and outreach.

Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.

Track and report website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and real estate marketing strategies.

Monitor and improve website domain authority (DA) and conversion rate (CRO) through SEO insights.

Manage and optimize the company’s local SEO presence — Google My Business, Maps listings, and real estate portals.

Develop monthly SEO reports and growth plans for management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2–5 years of proven SEO experience, preferably in the real estate or property sector.

Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).

Knowledge of WordPress, HTML, and website optimization techniques.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
