Service Coordinator & Order Process Executive

(1.) Own the 'Order Fulfillment Process' of all orders booked by sales team till handover to customers. Managing customer communication and internal team coordination of activities as per plan

(2.) Check all orders received from Sales Team for technical and commercial accuracy 

(3.) Manage and condut activities like Order Login to principal suppliers (through software &/or emails)

(4.) Plan survey visits to client sites for production measurements and compare same with orders booked for finding variances. Ensure timely payment collections stagewise 

(5.) Place production orders to principal suppliers, glass vendors, etc and manage payments through accounts team

(6.) Plan and Organise material delivery at sites, installation service with engineer and plan technician visits

(7.) Conduct weekly review meetings with all stakeholders and update planning sheet. 

(8 )Circulate weekly plans and coordinate that tasks are completed
