Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and configure equipment at customer locations
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive service checks
• Diagnose technical issues and provide timely repairs
• Respond to service calls and resolve customer complaints efficiently
• Provide technical support and training to customers
• Prepare and maintain accurate service reports and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical support, logistics)
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Maintain service tools, test equipment, and spare parts inventory
