Job Description

iGene Labserve Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Service Engineer who will be responsible for assisting in the troubleshooting, servicing, and maintenance of machines. The candidate will also travel to assigned locations as directed by the reporting manager to provide technical support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform basic troubleshooting and repair of machines and equipment.

2. Assist in installation, servicing, and maintenance of machines.

3. Travel to assigned locations as per instructions from the reporting manager.

4. Identify technical issues and report them to the concerned manager.

5. Maintain service reports and documentation of work performed.

6. Support the service team in resolving technical problems efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Diploma or ITI in RAC (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning) or Electrical.

2. Basic knowledge of electrical systems and machine troubleshooting.

3. Willingness to travel for field service work.

4. Good learning attitude and communication skills.
