Urgent Requirement Service Head – Refrigeration

Location: Bhiwadi/Gurugram

Experience: 8–12 Years

Industry: Refrigeration / Cold Storage / HVAC / Commercial Refrigeration

Job Summary : -

We are looking for an experienced Service Head (Refrigeration) to manage end-to-end service operations including installation, commissioning, breakdown service, preventive maintenance, customer support, team handling, and service revenue. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of refrigeration systems and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities : -

Lead complete service department for refrigeration systems

Manage installation, commissioning, and after-sales service

Handle breakdown calls, troubleshooting, and emergency service support

Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules (AMC/CMC)

Manage service engineers/technicians and allocate daily work

Ensure service quality, customer satisfaction, and timely closure of complaints

Prepare service reports, MIS, and service performance tracking

Coordinate with sales, production, and dispatch team for smooth execution

Handle spare parts planning, inventory, and service tools

Train service team on safety, SOPs, and technical skills

Ensure compliance with safety standards and documentation

Required Skills : - 

Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycle, compressors, chillers, condensing units, evaporators

Experience in Cold Storage / Commercial Refrigeration / Industrial Refrigeration

Good troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills

Strong leadership, team handling, and customer management

Knowledge of service planning, AMC management, and cost control

Good communication and reporting skills

Candidate Requirements : -

Qualification: Diploma / BE (Mechanical / Refrigeration / HVAC)

Experience: 8–12 years in refrigeration service operations

Must have experience managing a service team

Willingness to travel for customer sites (if required)

Preferred : - 

Experience in handling NH3 / Freon systems

Knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical controls

Experience in service billing, warranty claims, and service contracts

Immediate joiner preferred
