Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and proactive Shift Incharge to supervise daily operations during assigned shifts at our food service outlets. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality service delivery, team coordination, and smooth functioning of the unit in line with company standards.

• Key Responsibilities:1. Team & Shift Management Supervise and guide the team during the shift to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and manage staff rosters and allocate tasks efficiently.
• Conduct daily briefings to align the team with shift goals.
• 2. Operational Control Ensure proper execution of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor order flow and resolve operational bottlenecks in real time.
• Assist in achieving daily and weekly P&L targets.
• 3. Quality & Food Safety Conduct regular quality checks to maintain food standards.
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety protocols are followed.
• Coordinate and participate in internal food audits.
• 4. Inventory & Cost Management Monitor stock levels and support in daily inventory checks.
• Minimize wastage by adhering to portion control and shelf life practices.
• Ensure timely indenting and proper storage of raw materials.
• 5. Customer Experience Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure excellent customer service is delivered consistently.
• Track and improve customer satisfaction scores.
• Key Skills Required: Leadership and team management
• Basic knowledge of P&L and cost control
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Food safety and hygiene awareness
• Inventory handling and reporting
• Ideal Candidate Profile:1–2 years of experience in food service or QSR operations
• Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality preferred
• Willing to work in rotational shifts
