Shift Supervisor

Job Overview : We are looking for a hands-on Shift Supervisor / Manager who can independently run day-to-day operations of a multi-brand cloud kitchen. The role demands strong control over kitchen execution, people management, order flow, and platform coordination to ensure smooth, profitable operations during the shift.

• Key Responsibilities : Manage end-to-end shift operations across multiple cloud kitchen brands
• Ensure timely order preparation & dispatch with zero compromise on quality
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, packers, and delivery partners for smooth flow
• Monitor aggregator dashboards (Zomato/Swiggy) – order status, SLA, cancellations, ratings
• Maintain brand-wise SOPs, portion control, plating & packaging standards
• Handle manpower deployment, attendance, productivity & shift discipline
• Track daily consumption, wastage & basic inventory during the shift
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene & FSSAI norms
• Manage customer escalations, refunds, and real-time issue resolution
• Support kitchen manager in daily reporting and shift handovers
• Desired Skills & Experience Prior experience in reputed cloud kitchens or QSR brands handling multiple brands
• Strong understanding of cloud kitchen workflows & aggregator operations
• Ability to handle high-volume peak hours calmly and efficiently
• Good team handling and on-floor leadership skills
• Basic knowledge of inventory control & food costing
• Comfortable with tech, dashboards, and real-time order systems
• Willing to work in rotational shifts
