Job Description


  • Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor silicone and injection molding machines and equipment.
  • Load/unload molds and ensure proper alignment and setup.
  • Prepare raw silicone materials and additives as per batch requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections during the molding process to ensure quality standards.
  • Trim, finish, and inspect molded parts for defects or inconsistencies.
  • Record production data accurately and maintain daily logs.
  • Clean molds and work area regularly to avoid contamination.
  • Report any machinery faults or production issues to the supervisor.
  • Follow all safety and quality guidelines during operations.
  • Assist in maintenance and troubleshooting of molding equipment if needed.
