Site Engineer Job Description

A Site Engineer oversees and manages the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Candidate should have proven experience in the execution of multiple residential and commercial projects, demonstrating strong on-site management skills, the ability to handle diverse project requirements, and a track record of delivering projects efficiently and successfully.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and permits
• Identify and address any issues or problems that arise during the construction process
• Manage the allocation of resources, including labour, materials, and equipment
• Enforce safety regulations and building codes, and conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or violations
• Maintain accurate records of progress, costs, and quality control measures
• Manage and resolve conflicts between parties involved in the project
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project expectations are met
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget.

Working Conditions

• Travel may be required to worksites
