Site Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing on-site execution, coordinating with vendors and labor teams, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other site workers.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and report to the Project Manager.
• Maintain quality control and ensure safety standards at site.
• Handle material management and ensure proper utilization.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Maintain site documentation and daily progress reports.
• Ensure timely completion of projects without cost overruns.
• Required Skills:Good knowledge of interior materials and execution processes.
• Ability to read and understand drawings.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
