Site Supervisor

Review project drawings, specifications, and paint schedules.

Plan daily work activities, manpower allocation, and material requirements.

Coordinate with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and other trades to avoid conflicts.

Oversee all painting activities on site to ensure work is carried out as per standards.

Monitor surface preparation, primer application, topcoat, and finishing quality.

Ensure correct mixing ratios, paint types, and application methods (brush, roller, spray).

Conduct inspections before, during, and after painting works.

Verify that painting meets required thickness (DFT), adherence, and finish quality.

Identify defects (runs, sags, pinholes, blistering) and ensure rectification.
