We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Operator with experience in Data entry and Tally ERP software. The ideal candidate should be proficient in handling day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring accurate data entry into relevant systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage Excel spreadsheets for data tracking, reporting, and analysis.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry of financial and non-financial information.
• Maintain and update records in Tally ERP and other data management systems.
• Prepare and generate invoices, bills, and reports as required.
• Maintain digital and physical records and ensure they are well-organized.
• Support the accounting department in day-to-day tasks including GST, TDS entries, and basic reconciliation.
• Handle email correspondence, documentation, and filing.
• Provide backend support such as email handling, data updates, document management, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in data entry and Tally ERP operations.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9/Prime, MS Office (especially Excel).
• Typing speed of at least 30-40 WPM with high accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications, or related field.
