Site Surveyor

Job Title: Senior Site Surveyor

Experience Required: Minimum 15 Years

Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

Job Location: As per project requirement (Multi-Storeyed Building Projects)

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed site surveys for multi-storeyed building projects
• Operate modern surveying equipment such as Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, etc.
• Set out and mark layouts, levels, grid lines, and benchmarks as per approved drawings
• Ensure accuracy of measurements and alignment during all construction stages
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams
• Verify drawings and resolve discrepancies related to site measurements
• Maintain survey records, reports, and as-built drawings
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on site

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of proven experience as a Site Surveyor
• Mandatory experience in multi-storeyed building projects
• Strong hands-on experience with Total Station and other modern surveying instruments
• B.Tech in Civil Engineering is compulsory
• Excellent knowledge of construction drawings and layout procedures
• Ability to work independently and handle complex site conditions

Preferred Skills:

• Leadership and mentoring of junior surveyors
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
