About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. The role focuses on employer branding, job marketing, candidate engagement, and lead generation for executive search mandates.

• Key Responsibilities
• Manage and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter)
• Create engaging content for job postings, leadership hiring, employer branding, and recruitment campaigns
• Draft captions, creatives, reels, and short videos aligned with hiring trends
• Promote open positions and recruitment mandates effectively
• Engage with candidates, professionals, and clients via comments, messages, and posts
• Coordinate with recruiters to understand hiring requirements and create targeted content
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads) and prepare basic reports
• Stay updated with latest social media and recruitment marketing trends
