Social Media Intern

We are looking for a motivated SEO Intern to support our digital marketing team in improving website visibility, search rankings, and organic traffic.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in keyword research and competitive analysis
• Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, and headers
• Support on-page and basic technical SEO tasks
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
• Assist in link-building and outreach activities
• Conduct SEO audits and report findings
• Track keyword rankings and prepare performance reports
• Stay updated with SEO trends and search engine algorithm changes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of SEO concepts (on-page, off-page, technical SEO)
• Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs – a plus)
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Knows consistency beats viral once-in-a-while
• Curious about branding, marketing & real estate

What you’ll do:

• Create content for Instagram & other platforms
• Manage the website and bring Organic Traffic
• Write captions, hooks, reels ideas & carousel copy
• Help plan content around real estate projects, builders & market insights
• Track engagement, trends & what’s actually working
• Assist in building a consistent, premium brand voice
• Turn real estate into content people don’t scroll past
