Social Media Marketing Intern – OKstartups Valley Private Limited

• Create reels and short-form videos for Instagram & LinkedIn — from scripting and shooting to editing and publishing
• Own the entire reels workflow: ideation, hooks, captions, hashtags, CTAs, and posting
• Shoot content for founders, startups, and business owners with a strong lead-generation mindset
• Design clean, scroll-stopping thumbnails and creatives for reels and posts
• Write catchy hooks, captions, DM prompts, and CTAs that turn views into inquiries
• Plan and execute reels-first content calendars aligned with campaigns and offers
• Support and execute paid ad campaigns on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google
• Create and adapt video and graphic creatives for ad campaigns
• Assist with Google Ads basics (search/display), keyword alignment, and creative testing
• Run A/B tests on hooks, formats, creatives, and CTAs
• Track organic and paid performance metrics such as views, engagement, CTR, leads, and conversions using Sheets/Excel
• Manage comments, DMs, and ad inquiries and hand over qualified leads to the sales team
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure content supports real revenue growth

Internship Details

• Duration: 6 months

Expect Offer Letter : ₹2,40,000 – ₹3,00,000 CTC per annum upon successful completion
