Social Media Manager

📝 Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven social media manager to handle our brand’s online presence across all digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media campaigns, generating leads, and increasing brand visibility in the furniture and home décor market.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities:

1️⃣ Content Strategy & Planning

• Develop a monthly social media content calendar.
• Plan creative campaigns for product launches, offers, and seasonal promotions.
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and short videos.
• Write compelling captions aligned with brand tone.

2️⃣ Platform Management:

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn & other relevant platforms.
• Ensure consistent brand identity and posting schedule.
• Monitor comments, messages, and customer queries.

3️⃣ Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

• Run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Instagram Ads).
• Generate showroom visits and inquiry leads.
• Optimize campaigns for better ROI and lower CPL.
• Track daily ad performance and prepare reports.

4️⃣ Content Creation & Coordination

• Coordinate with photographer/videographer for product shoots.
• Create furniture styling, before-and-after, factory process & testimonial videos.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team.

5️⃣ Analytics & Reporting

• Analyze engagement rate, reach, impressions, and conversion data.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Suggest strategy improvements based on insights.
