To strengthen our marketing efforts and streamline business operations, we are seeking a Digital Marketer & Business Support Executive who can creatively promote our brand, attract quality candidates, and assist in various business and operational functions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote Taidia’s manpower supply services for Japan and Taiwan markets.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, company website, and email campaigns targeting potential candidates and partners.
• Manage and grow Taidia’s online presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Design and manage online advertisements (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to attract qualified manpower leads.
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide monthly reports to management.
• Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to align marketing efforts with ongoing manpower projects.
• Keep up to date with digital marketing trends relevant to the international recruitment and HR industry.
• Business Support ResponsibilitiesAssist in day-to-day operations of the manpower supply business, including document coordination, candidate communication, and scheduling.
• Support client communication and follow-ups with agencies and partners in Japan and Taiwan.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of applications, documents, and other requirements.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, contracts, and marketing materials.
• Support business development activities—preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Assist in organizing orientation programs, training sessions, or promotional events for candidates.
