Social Media Specialist

🔥 Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager who can own client social media accounts end-to-end.

This role is NOT just posting content — it requires strategy, creativity, execution oversight, and client coordination.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and improving social media performance across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning:

• Create monthly social media strategies for different client industries
• Develop content calendars (posts + reels)
• Research trends, hooks, and viral reel formats
• Decide content mix (educational, promotional, engagement)

Content & Quality Control:

• Research reel ideas, hooks, and storytelling formats
• Review edited videos and creatives for:
• Content quality
• Brand tone
• Engagement potential
• Improve content before publishing (no blind posting)

Execution & Publishing:

• Write captions with strong CTAs
• Hashtag research & placement
• Schedule & publish posts/reels
• Ensure timely posting across all client accounts

Client Management:

• Coordinate with clients for approvals
• Handle feedback professionally
• Explain content logic confidently to clients

Performance & Reporting

• Track basic performance metrics
• Identify what works and what doesn’t
• Suggest improvements for growth

🧠 Skills Required (Must-Have)

• 2–4 years experience in digital marketing agency
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels & trends
• Excellent content ideation & storytelling skills
• Good written communication (English + Hindi)
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts
• Leadership mindset & ownership attitude
