Position: Social Media, Content, YouTube & Affiliate Executive (Complete One-Person Army)

You will single-handedly own Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp Business, Pinterest, community, UGC, reviews, and now YouTube + Affiliate Marketing revenue streams.

Location: Office-based (Delhi / NCR) – Desk job

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)

Reporting to: Founder / Marketing Head

What You Will Own 100%

1. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & Short-Form Content

• 25–35 posts/reels/stories per month, monthly calendar, boosted posts, engagement.

1. YouTube Channel Ownership (New High-Impact Focus)

• Plan, shoot, edit and upload 2 long-form videos + 8–10 YouTube Shorts every month.
• Content themes: “Full home deep-clean vlogs”, “Marble restoration in 10 mins”, “Eco laundry hacks for Indian homes”, “Product comparison vs. Surf Excel / Lizol”, “Hard-water stain removal tests”, etc.
• Optimize titles, thumbnails, descriptions, tags, end screens, and cards for maximum SEO and watch time.
• Reply to every YouTube comment within 24 hrs and build an active subscriber community.
• Aim: 10K subscribers & 500K+ monthly views within 12 months.

1. Content Creation (In-House)

• Shoot & edit reels + YouTube videos on mobile + CapCut / VN / Premiere Pro.
• Design infographics & carousels (Canva / Photoshop).

1. UGC & Marketplace Review

• Collect photos/videos from customers, feature on all platforms.
• UCG management and communication end to end
• Actively manage & respond to Amazon + Flipkart reviews daily.
• Run review-giveaway campaigns.

1. Community & Influencer Management

• Instant replies on all platforms.
• Collaborate with micro & nano influencers (home, lifestyle, sustainability, mommy bloggers).

1. Affiliate Marketing Program (Revenue-Driving Role)

• Set up and manage Zimmer Aufraumen’s affiliate program on own website + platforms like Cuelinks, EarnKaro, Admitad, etc.
• Create affiliate banners, links, promo codes, and creatives.
• Recruit 100+ active affiliates in first 6 months (mommy bloggers, home organizers, deal pages, cashback sites, YouTubers).
• Run monthly affiliate contests with cash prizes & free products.
• Track affiliate sales daily, pay commissions on time, and scale revenue from ₹0 to ₹5–10 lakhs/month through affiliates.
• Share top-performing affiliate content ideas back into our own channels.

1. Day-to-Day Admin Support (15–20% of time)

• Coordinate with warehouse for new product shoots.
• Update website banners, offers, and affiliate section.
• Maintain master content + performance tracker (Excel/Google Sheets).

Must-Have Skills & Traits

• 1–4 years proven hands-on social media + YouTube growth experience (portfolio with

before/after numbers mandatory).

• Excellent video shooting & editing skills (especially long-form YouTube + Shorts).
• Canva and Infographics knowledge doe day-to-day infographics
• Proven creativity – can make a toilet cleaner or limescale remover video addictive.
• Experience in setting up or running affiliate programs (huge plus).
• Self-starter who needs zero supervision.
• Fluent English + Hindi; bonus for regional languages.
