Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesPerform precision soldering of speaker components (drivers, crossovers, connectors)
- Assemble speaker units including enclosures, wiring, and internal components
- Follow technical drawings and assembly guidelines
- Conduct basic quality checks and testing of assembled units
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Support production team with packaging and dispatch when required
- Required Skills & ExperiencePrior experience in electronics soldering (audio experience preferred)
- Steady hand and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of wiring, polarity, and circuits
- Ability to follow technical instructions and SOPs
- Experience with small-component assembly is a plus
- Preferred (Nice to Have)Experience with audio products or speaker assembly
- Familiarity with tools like multimeters, wire strippers, and heat guns
- Understanding of passive crossovers or basic audio systems
