About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced South Indian Cook with strong skills in non-vegetarian dishes. 

This is a full-time role in our busy cloud kitchen in Gurgaon. 

You will be responsible for preparing gravies, dishes on the tawa, and deep-fried items, ensuring high taste and hygiene standards for every order.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook South Indian non-veg dishes (gravies, in tawa, and fried items)
• Ensure orders are delivered on time and as per standard recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety rules in the kitchen
• Work as a team player with the existent kitchen team
• Assist in managing prep work and ingredients when needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in South Indian cooking
• Must have experience with non-vegetarian dishes
• Skilled in using range, tawa, and fryer
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and follow instructions
