Sports / PT Teacher

A growing sports academy near Sector 23, Gurgaon is looking for a lady sports teacher who loves working with young children (ages 4–10) and can also handle simple kids’ data/admin work.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle groups of small kids on court with patience and playfulness.
• Lead fun movement games, basic ball/coordination drills and simple sports activities (including beginner‑level tennis games).
• Keep children happily engaged and involved, not scared or bored.
• Communicate gently with parents and support a calm, non‑shouting environment.
• Do kids’ data work: attendance, batch lists, new admissions, simple records on WhatsApp / Excel / Google Sheets.
• Help with basic academy admin in free time (calls, enquiries, preparing material for kids).

Education

• Minimum: 12th pass.
• Preferred: Graduate / sports or teaching qualification (PTI, B.P.Ed, D.P.Ed, NTT, B.Ed) and experience with young children.

Experience

• Preferably 1+ year experience as sports / PT teacher, primary teacher or kids activity coach.
• Fresher also welcome if truly loves working with small children and is willing to learn.

Skills & Qualities

• Loves being around kids and can manage groups calmly.
• Patient, playful, non‑shouting; respectful with children and parents.
• Comfortable with basic phone/computer work (WhatsApp, calls, simple Excel/Sheets).
• Open to simple awareness/meditation practices and a joyful, mindful work style.

Location & Timings

• Location: Sports academy near Sector 23, Gurugram.
• Distance preference: candidates staying in or near Sector 23 / Palam Vihar / Sector 22–23 belt, with travel time within about 30 minutes.
• Timings: 8 hours per day (for example, 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm), 6 days a week.
