Job Title: StewardJob Summary:The Steward is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting smooth restaurant operations.

1. Key Responsibilities (KRA):Greet guests politely and present menus.
2. Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen promptly.
3. Serve food and beverages as per company service standards.
4. Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service.
5. Handle guest queries and escalate complaints to the Captain/Manager when required.
6. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area as per SOP.
7. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
8. Assist in clearing tables and resetting for the next guests.
9. Follow grooming and uniform standards at all times.
10. Support team members during rush hours.
