Job Responsibilities

• Receive and verify materials as per PO and invoice
• Check invoice, E-way bill, and related documents
• Prepare GRN for incoming materials
• Coordinate incoming quality inspection
• Maintain stock records and conduct stock verification
• Ensure FIFO labeling and proper material storage
• Issue material as per requisition slips
• Handle supplier quality rejections and returns
• Prepare material shortage reports
• Maintain tool room inventory
• Handle customer rejection material and coordinate with CQA

Required Skills

• Knowledge of store and inventory operations
• Understanding of FIFO and documentation
• Basic computer and ERP knowledge preferred
