About the Role

As a Store Executive, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end store functions with a focus on accuracy, timely updates, and compliance with electronic industry standards. This role demands strong coordination skills, the ability to maintain stock discipline, and proficiency in executing transactions through SAP.

You will be directly involved in material handling, monitoring movements of inward and outward stock (RGP/NRGP), preparing GRN entries, and ensuring correct documentation. Familiarity with ESD-safe handling practices and 5S workplace organization will be a key advantage. The role requires strong ownership, process understanding, and proactive communication with internal teams including production, purchase, planning, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records, conduct physical audits, manage inward/outward goods, and prepare Material Received Reports (MRR).

• Managing inward and outward store activities as per company SOPs.

• Completion of SAP entries such as GRN, kitting, consumption, and stock posting.

• Reporting: Prepare daily/monthly stock reports, reconcile inventory with accounting records, and report shortages or excess stock.

• Ensuring NRGP & RGP documentation with proper tracking and closure.

• Maintaining accurate inventory records with zero mismatch.

• Maintaining excels sheets, bin cards, and labelling as per 5S standards.

• Coordination with Purchase and Vendor teams for returns, rejections, or follow-ups.

• Supporting stock audits, cycle counting, and documentation filing.

Required Skills

• Excellent knowledge of Inventory Control

• SAP MM Module hands-on working experience

• Kitting & GRN Management

• NRGP / RGP Documentation

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Good communication and teamwork approach

• Strong understanding of 5S & ESD Safety Requirements

Position: Store Executive –Manufacturing Industry

Location: Manesar, Haryana

Experience Required: 2 to 7 Years

Educational Requirement : Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream

Mandatory Skill: Hands-on SAP/ERP Experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
