Store Incharge

1. Inventory & Stock Management

• Maintain an accurate stock register (manual and/or system-based).
• Monitor daily stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prevent stock loss, damage, and expiry through proper storage practices.

2. Inward Material Management

• Check inward goods against purchase bills and delivery challans.
• Verify quantity, quality, batch numbers, and expiry dates at the time of receipt.
• Ensure proper entry of inward stock in the stock register/system.
• Arrange received goods in designated storage locations.

3. Outward Material Management

• Verify outward material as per invoice or delivery note.
• Ensure correct quantity and quality of goods dispatched.
• Maintain proper outward records and documentation.
• Coordinate with delivery staff for timely and accurate dispatch.

4. Store Cleanliness & Hygiene Management

• Ensure regular cleaning of the store, racks, and storage areas.
• Maintain proper hygiene standards as per food and safety norms (where applicable).
• Ensure pest control measures are followed.
• Supervise housekeeping staff and daily cleaning schedules.

5. Store Operations & Discipline

• Ensure proper arrangement and labeling of products.
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and work allocation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Report damages, shortages, or operational issues to management promptly.
• Skills & RequirementsExperience in store or warehouse management preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and stock registers.
• Ability to check bills, challans, and invoices accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility.
• Knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness standards.

Ability to supervise staff and manage daily operations independently.
