Store Manager

Job Summary:

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and leading, training, and developing a team of style associates to ensure smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed store sales targets by driving consistent sales performance.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure timely reporting.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer loyalty.
• Manage inventory, including stock control, ordering, regular stock audits, and reporting to the warehouse.
• Maintain excellent store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
• Train, motivate, coach, and provide regular feedback to team members to improve performance and service quality.
• Prepare employee schedules, conduct performance reviews, and identify hiring and training requirements.
• Ensure effective store operations, including visual merchandising, stock management, and shrinkage control.
• Handle administrative tasks such as expense management, monthly reports, and compliance checklists.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is fully functional, compliant, and presentable.
• Resolve employee and customer issues, including complaints and grievances, and take corrective actions.
• Ensure all employees comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
