Store Manager

Job Summary:The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dry-cleaning and laundry store. This includes managing staff, ensuring quality service delivery, maintaining customer satisfaction, and achieving business targets. The role requires hands-on operational management, strong leadership, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:Operational Management

• Supervise daily store operations including garment collection, washing, dry-cleaning, ironing, packaging, and delivery.
• Monitor workflow to ensure timely completion of customer orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the store.

Customer Service

• Greet and assist customers with inquiries, service details, and pricing.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Team Management

• Lead, motivate, and train store staff (washers, pressers, delivery personnel).
• Plan and manage staff schedules and attendance.
• Maintain discipline and performance standards among team members.

Sales & Revenue Management

• Manage billing, cash collection, and daily sales reporting.
• Promote additional services and packages to increase store revenue.
• Achieve monthly sales and operational targets.

Inventory & Equipment

• Track usage and reorder of detergents, chemicals, and packaging materials.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for machine servicing and repairs.

Administration & Reporting

• Maintain accurate order logs and customer records.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly operational reports to the management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
