Job Description




We are seeking an experienced and motivated Health Studio Manager to lead our store and drive sales while providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting leads into sales, managing customer-facing interactions, and guiding customers through their purchase decisions for our healthcare products. You will play an integral role in educating customers on the benefits of our products, ensuring that they are informed and satisfied with their purchases.

The ideal candidate will have solid customer-facing experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping people achieve better health through high-quality healthcare products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Conversion & Sales:
  • Convert incoming leads into sales by counselling customers and providing tailored recommendations based on their needs and goals.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all healthcare products to confidently explain and recommend them to customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs through proactive engagement and closing of sales.
  • Track leads and follow up with potential customers to drive conversions using CRM systems.
  1. Customer Counselling & Product Guidance:
  • Provide personalized consultations to customers, assessing their needs and guiding them in choosing the right health products.
  • Offer product education on features, benefits, and proper usage, ensuring customers understand how to maximize their investment.
  • Advise customers on complementary products, creating upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase sales.
  1. Customer Experience Management:
  • Ensure a welcoming, professional, and informative environment for all visitors to the health store.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships through ongoing support and follow-up, encouraging repeat business.
  • Assist in the management of customer feedback to enhance product offerings and services.
  1. Store Operations:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the health store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning, including inventory management.
  • Ensure products are well-stocked, displayed neatly, and available for customers at all times.
  • Monitor stock levels, order new inventory when required, and ensure that all products are in good condition.
  • Manage store cleanliness and organization to create a positive customer experience.
  1. Marketing & Promotions:
  • Assist with in-store marketing efforts, including promotional displays, seasonal offers, and new product introductions.
  • Engage with customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, and new arrivals to increase foot traffic and sales.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials and strategies to attract new customers and generate interest in the store's offerings.
  1. Reporting & Analytics:
  • Report on sales performance, customer feedback, and other key metrics to senior management on a regular basis.
  • Provide insights into customer buying behaviour and suggestions for improving the sales process or product offerings.
  • Monitor and analyse sales trends to ensure store goals are being met and adjust strategies accordingly.
  1. Team Collaboration:
  • Lead and mentor store associates, providing guidance on sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and seamless store management.
  • Train and onboard new staff, ensuring they understand the store’s processes, product offerings, and customer service expectations.



Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Healthcare, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 4-10 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the retail or healthcare industry.
  • Experience managing a team and overseeing store operations is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong sales skills with a proven track record of converting leads into sales and meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Knowledge of healthcare products and services, wellness trends, and customer needs in the health sector.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage both customer interactions and operational tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, point-of-sale systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
