As we expand our presence in Gurgaon, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our flagship store operations and deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience.

Role OverviewThe Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing boutique operations, driving sales performance, managing client relationships, and leading the store team to uphold the highest standards of luxury service. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in luxury fashion, bridal couture, or high-end retail management.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business GrowthDrive monthly and annual sales targets
• Develop strategies to increase walk-ins, conversions, and repeat clients
• Monitor KPIs and store performance metrics
• Build strong relationships with high-value bridal clients
• Client ExperienceDeliver exceptional luxury customer service
• Manage bridal consultations and ensure seamless couture order processes
• Handle client feedback and ensure high satisfaction levels
• Maintain brand image and exclusivity in all interactions
• Store OperationsOversee daily store operations and visual merchandising
• Ensure store presentation reflects luxury brand standards
• Manage inventory, stock audits, and order tracking
• Coordinate with design and production teams for timely deliveries
• Team LeadershipRecruit, train, and mentor store staff
• Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations
• Foster a positive, high-performance work environment
• Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Retail Management, or related field
• 5–10 years of experience in luxury retail, bridal couture, or premium fashion brands
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong understanding of bridal client psychology and luxury selling
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and refined personality
• Preferred ProfileExperience in bridal couture or occasion wear segment
• Existing network within Gurgaon / Delhi NCR luxury clientele
• Strong CRM and client retention experience
• Ability to handle high-value transactions with discretion and professionalism
