Store Manager SoupX outlet ka complete incharge hoga.


Unka kaam sirf counter manage karna nahi hai.

Unhe handle karna hoga:


• Sales growth

• Team discipline

• Hygiene compliance

• Hospital coordination

• Inventory control

• Customer satisfaction


Store Manager hi outlet ka leader aur brand face hoga.


🟢 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Sales & Revenue Responsibility


• Daily sales target achieve karna

• Average Order Value increase karna

• Add-on conversion monitor karna

• Staff ko upselling train karna

• Hospital staff segment grow karna


Target focus:


Base AOV ko 199+ tak le jana


2️⃣ Team Management


• Staff scheduling

• Shift planning

• Attendance management

• Grooming check

• Daily briefing conduct karna


Daily 10 minute pre-shift meeting mandatory hai.


3️⃣ Hygiene & SOP Compliance


• Food safety SOP follow ho raha hai ya nahi monitor karna

• Temperature check

• FIFO check

• Cleaning schedule maintain karna

• Hospital infection control guidelines follow karna


Zero tolerance for hygiene lapse.


4️⃣ Customer Experience Control


• Customer complaints handle karna

• L.E.A.R.N model apply karna

• Repeat customer build karna

• Doctors aur nurses se relationship maintain karna


Hospital environment me calm leadership zaruri hai.


5️⃣ Inventory & Cost Control


• Daily stock reconciliation

• Wastage report maintain karna

• Over ordering avoid karna

• Food cost target maintain karna


Food cost approx 35 percent ke andar control karna goal hai.


6️⃣ Billing & Cash Handling


• Daily cash tally

• POS closing

• Online aggregator reconciliation

• Escrow sales tracking


Zero billing error policy.


7️⃣ Reporting


Daily report submit karna:


• Sales

• AOV

• Add-on percentage

• Complaints

• Wastage


Weekly performance review Area Manager ke saath.

• QSR experience preferred
