Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise shop-floor activities and manpower allocation
- Monitor production targets and resolve bottlenecks
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs
- Maintain discipline, safety, and 5S practices
- Coordinate with planning, maintenance, and quality teams
- Track output, downtime, and report daily performance
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production or relevant field
- 3–7 years experience in manufacturing/shop-floor supervision
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of production processes and basic reporting
KPIs: Production achievement, rejection rate, machine uptime, manpower efficiency, safety compliance
