Experience – 2+ years in Bulk/volume hiring.

Location - Gurgaon

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for large-scale hiring needs. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding a high volume of candidates, with minimal reliance on external vendors. Your expertise in alternative sources of hiring, strong data management skills, and ability to handle cross-functional tasks and stakeholder management will be instrumental in achieving our hiring goals.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective strategies for bulk hiring, ensuring timely and quality recruitment of candidates.

• Utilize alternative hiring sources beyond traditional job portals to attract a diverse talent pool, such as social media, professional networks, referrals, and campus recruitment.

• Design and execute recruitment campaigns to reach potential candidates and build a strong employer brand.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, conducting interviews, assessing candidate fit, and coordinating offer negotiations.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.

• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate strategies.

• Proactively source passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

• Continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies by staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

• Bulk Hiring for Sales,  Telecaller and IT ( Non IT and IT )  

Qualifications :

• Graduation/Post-graduation

• Proven experience in bulk hiring, preferably in a startup environment.

• Strong knowledge of alternative sources of hiring and demonstrated success in utilizing them effectively.

• Proficiency in data management, including handling and analyzing large datasets.

• Excellent cross-functional task management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.

• A keen learner with a proactive attitude toward acquiring new skills and knowledge.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Working Days - 6 day

Office Time – 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
