Job Overview

We are looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Officer to join our recruitment team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for both domestic and international job opportunities across various industries. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to identify suitable candidates quickly.

Candidates who are familiar with AI-based recruitment tools and applications and are ready to join immediately will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and international partners to understand job requirements.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Promote job openings through online platforms, WhatsApp groups, and social media.
• Assist in documentation and coordination for overseas recruitment processes when required.
• Use modern tools, including AI applications, to improve candidate sourcing and screening efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (domestic or international recruitment preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple job requirements simultaneously.
• Familiarity with job portals, social media recruitment, and candidate databases.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and online tools.
• Knowledge of AI recruitment tools or AI productivity applications will be an advantage.
