Talent Acquisition Executive

·    MBA or equivalent in Human Resource Management preferred.

·    Minimum 2 years of dedicated Talent acquisition experience with consultancies or startups.

·    Proven expertise in bulk hiring for large-scale recruitment needs.

·    Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment tools and HRMS platforms.

·    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a people-first approach.
