📌 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a motivated and driven Recruiter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent across non-technical roles. This role offers exposure to a wide range of industries including industries such as finance, IT , Software technology , banking , Edtech, E-commerce and etc.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates for non-IT and IT roles based on client requirements.

- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.

- Manage the full recruitment process, from initial screening to offer negotiation.

- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.

- Track and manage candidate progress in the recruitment system.

- Coordinate with HR and hiring managers for smooth onboarding processes.

📍 Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

- Familiarity with various sourcing platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, etc.).

- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for recruitment.

- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- MUST HAVE THERE OWN LAPTOP.

✏️ Preferred Skills:

- Experience with recruitment in non-technical and technical sectors.

- Negotiation skills and understanding of compensation structures.
