Talent Acquisition Team Lead

Looking for a Team Leader manages and guides a recruitment team to execute hiring strategies, focusing on sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet organizational goals, while also developing processes, managing employer branding, ensuring a great candidate experience, and using data to improve the full recruitment lifecycle. They act as a liaison with HR and department heads, building talent pipelines and optimizing efficiency in hiring. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate recruiters; provide guidance and support.
• Strategy Development: Create and implement effective, data-driven talent acquisition strategies.
• Recruitment Operations: Oversee the entire hiring lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers).
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand needs and align goals.
• Employer Branding: Develop initiatives to attract talent and build a strong employer brand.
• Process Improvement: Streamline recruitment processes, implement best practices, and enhance candidate experience.
• Reporting & Metrics: Track KPIs, analyze recruitment data, and report on performance.
• Diversity & Inclusion: Promote D&I within hiring practices.
